What You'll Do in This Lesson
Export a CSV from your current spreadsheet or CRM and map its columns to FlowMax Pros fields during import. Apply tags (e.g. "lead", "customer", "VIP") as you import so your first segment is ready immediately. Set up 2–3 custom fields relevant to your business — insurance provider, treatment type, or contract value — before your list grows.
